- Our Experience
- Over the last nine years we have worked at Board Level with over 140 organisations to advise on well over 300 strategic and performance management system (e.g. Balanced Scorecard) designs, working with clients and partner firms across four continents. We have worked for private, public and NGO sector clients, and have an excellent track record, based on our application of highly interactive, creative and time-efficient processes that help managers design management system solutions tailored the specific needs of their management area, but also clearly aligned with the goals of the whole organisation.
- What we achieve for our clients
- Achieving strategic success is something that organisations declare to be difficult. One survey found that although 80% of Directors think they have a good strategy only 14% believe they implement it well. In another, only one in three UK businesses thought they were successful in achieving the strategic goals they had set for themselves. 2GC focuses on advising and delivering strategic and operational performance management and control systems that are efficient and effective. Brief History of 2GC
2GC was founded in the UK in 1999 by Gavin Lawrie.
2GC’s first project outside the UK was in 2000. 2GC opened its first office outside UK in 2001. Now, about half 2GC’s revenues derive from projects outside the UK.
2GC’s first project in the public sector was in 2000. Now, about half 2GC’s revenues derive from public sector clients.
2GC published its first academic paper in 2000. The total now is 21 (and rising).
